The Philadelphia Bar Association Summer Quarterly will honor the legacy of Judge A. Leon Higginbotham with a panel discussing diversity, equity and inclusion from the view of the general counsel’s office at Fortune 500 companies including Exelon, Fidelity National Financial and IKEA. We will also present the 2021 Justice Sonia Sotomayor Award, which honors strong commitment to promoting full and equal participation and inclusion in the legal profession.
The event will focus how strong bonds and partnerships between the public interest, government and corporate sectors are key as we aim to leverage the power of Philadelphia’s diverse legal community to achieve a more equitable society for all.
