Budget-Conscious Legal Marketplace Opportunities and Constraints of the PA Rules of Professional Conduct
Hosted by the Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS)
As the digital landscape continues to evolve, lawyers are presented with opportunities to communicate with prospective clients in unprecedented ways. Social media, blogs, review sites and question-and-answer forums get your message out, but there are limits to what can be said and done online under the PA Rules of Professional Conduct.
This program examines the big picture of the legal digital marketplace, the good and the bad; and acquaints the attendee with some ethical do's-and-don'ts.
