CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: Search and Seizure Update

CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: Search and Seizure Update
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Registration begins at 10:30 AM. Materials will be provided electronically prior to the program. 1 SUB credit

The law of search and seizure is challenging and ever evolving as new cases are added to the Fourth Amendment mosaic. A thorough knowledge of search and seizure law is vital to the practice of criminal law. In order to appropriately argue these issues in court, it is necessary for practitioners to have a solid grasp of current search issues.

In this practical video-encore CLE program, Professor David Rudovsky will highlight recent developments in the area of “reasonable expectation of privacy,” cellphone searches and searches by parole officers, among many others. He will also share perspectives in Pennsylvania constitutional law.

A great hour of CLE for any criminal practitioner!
