CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: Mindfulness - An Effective Trial Tool

CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: Mindfulness - An Effective Trial Tool
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Registration begins at 8:30 AM. Materials will be provided electronically prior to the program. 1 SUB credit

In this practical video-encore CLE program, Mindfulness, an Effective Trial Tool: How to Escape Automatic Reactivity and Obtain Peak Performance at Trial, learn how to identify, implement and utilize mindfulness tools to obtain optimal outcomes at trial. In addition, panel members will provide observations and techniques they use to manage the stressors associated with working in the legal sector for the benefit of their clients, their peers, the public and themselves.

Often times, given the demanding nature of the legal profession and litigation in particular, we find ourselves lost in the past or worrying about the future, which can inevitably exacerbate feelings of anxiety, eventually leading to burn-out. With mindfulness, we can learn how to cultivate awareness of the mind-body state, which in turn, allows us to foster greater self-care so that we can recognize and better serve our own needs, as well as the needs of our clients.

Learn how mindfulness can help you better serve your clients, increase your self-confidence, and bring a clarity of purpose and focus in your daily practice.
