CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: Attorney Ethics Found in Golf & Tennis

Ethical and principled conduct is a foundational aspect of practicing law, as well as competing in the sports of golf and tennis. Both golf and tennis are played according to strict rules for fairness, just as in legal advocacy. Individuals are expected to self-regulate their actions and conform to ethical expectations, with disciplinary consequences for violations. Attorney professionals are guided by the Rules of Professional Conduct and Pennsylvania Code of Civility to maintain the integrity of the profession. This video-encore CLE focuses on applying valuable ethical lessons from golf and tennis to the practice of law (and vice versa).
