CLE - Stop & Frisk After Bailey V. City of Philadelphia
In this luncheon CLE program, Professor David Rudovsky will address recent case law developments related to stop and frisk law, and provide a comprehensive analysis of the seminal federal case Bailey v. City of Philadelphia that allowed for the in-depth study and data compilation of all stop and frisks in Philadelphia. Professor Rudovsky will also discuss the findings of the Bailey study, their interpretation and the study's impact on the Philadelphia criminal attorney's drug related practice. He will also provide suggestions on ways that this important data can be used in narcotics related suppression hearings and trials.
