CLE - Transnational Litigation in U.S. Federal Courts

A feature of the modern global economy is an ever-increasing amount of transnational litigation. Transnational disputes may involve litigants that are domiciled or located abroad; conduct that occurred abroad; or parallel judicial proceedings that are filed in the courts of other nations. This luncheon program will examine the unique challenges that arise when transnational disputes are litigated in United States Federal courts.
