CLE - Transnational Litigation in U.S. Federal Courts

A feature of the modern global economy is an ever-increasing amount of transnational litigation. Transnational disputes may involve litigants that are domiciled or located abroad; conduct that occurred abroad; or parallel judicial proceedings that are filed in the courts of other nations.
