CLE - VIDEO ENCORE: New FJD Evidence Retention Protocol

New First Judicial District (FJD) evidence retention protocols are scheduled to begin on September 4th in the Waivers, Majors and Homicide Programs. This is an important rule of trial evidence preservation for all who practice in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas criminal courts. This CLE program will provide the nuts and bolts of how to properly preserve all trial evidence exhibits and what procedures should be followed after any conviction to ensure that the exhibits are actually included as part of the record. Panelists, including personnel from the Office of Judicial Records (OJR) and the FJD IT Office, will provide training and guidance on these new rules.
