CLE - The New Science Behind Sentencing

Pennsylvania will soon be the first state in the United States to utilize and adopt the new "future crimes" sentencing legislation. This law will allow the use of predictive analytics in reference to sentencing a defendant. Essentially the potential may exist for defendants to be given prison sentences for crimes they have yet to commit. Find out how the law will be implemented by the PA Sentencing Commission and by the court, judges and attorneys.
